I am Mr. Nitin Behal. I booked an e-ticket from Makemytrip.com. I paid for 2 adults and 1 infant from Mumbai to Bangalore on 8th Nov by GO AIR through the portal MakeMytrip.com. But when they send me the e-ticket, they didnot send me the e-ticket for infant. And now when I contacted them, they say that I have not paid for the infant ticket so they didnot send me. I want help from you so that I can get this issue solved. You can see in the invoice Amount mentioned is 1999 1999 = 4750 (which actually includes e-ticket of infant=750). Because 1999 1999 is not equal to 4750.
I can send you a copy of the e-ticket also. Pls give me your e-mail id. I made the payment of the e-ticket through HDFC net banking.
Can you pls resolve this issue or give me email id where i can complain against Makemytrip. Atleast other people will also come to know about the type of crime these travel portals do.
