These people are bunch of crooked people. I cancelled my ticket On June 29, which was for Memphis to Chennai. I have to be refunded 562 USD and its 4 months now I still didn't receive any refund. I called them so many times any they always passed time and would say "wait for 10 more days" or "we have processed it from our end". Really a frustating bunch of people.
