I booked tickets from chennai to Delhi (round trip) through their site www.makemytrip.com, they site was very slow and suddenly it asked me to confirm payment and when I confirmed it charged twice ($787 US). When I called them immdeiatly there response was very poor and they never agreed its their problem. Still fighting with them to get the money back.
