Large cancellation amount

Hi,

I would like to raise a complaint on makemytrip.com

Dont ever tickets through them. They charge a large amount for cancellation.

If you paid 5k for booking a ticket, if you cancel, you are going to loose almost 3 K. Which is very large as you know.

They charge a huge amunt for nothing...

WHY?
