Non-delivery of e-ticket

On 8th. Oct. I have booked four tickets from Delhi to Mumbai by Air-India flight IC-887 leaving Delhi @1300 hrs. on Nov. 15th. The transaction went through fine, and I received a confirmation mail that the booking has been done and that the e-ticket will follow in a separate mail within 30 mins.

It is now 5 days after the booking, but there is no sign of the e-ticket at all.

I have called up their toll free number several times, but have got no response. On one call, I was able to talk to the representative, and he emailed the e-ticket, but the ticket had no airline PNR number, and it said that the e-ticket from the airline was still to be issued.
