An amount of Rs.4555/- has been charged to my ICICI credit card for which I have not made any transaction. CUstomer Care person told me that it is a system error & amount will be credited back to my card. One month later, nothing has happened. When I called them again, they are unable to track my complaint using the reference number given to me earlier.
