Order Approved & confirmed but not delivered
Hi Dear Veenesh,
I have booked one order 4979646 in rediff shopping. Order contain one item, which was booked in the date of 2nd November 08 for the item of
22CRT GOLD PLATED HEAVY ETHNIC SET 1 QTY.
Till date I have not received this delivery at mentioned address. When going to open the Rediff shopping site, it showing delivery status: Handed Over to Courier 05-NOV and Consignment Number 852587711, Courier Name: None against of this order.
I have sent email to rediff shopping 4 times.
How to believe this rediff shopping is reliable or cheating to customer to earn money such wrong way.
During odder booking rediff shopping always asking for email & our record then why they are not updating to us on our delivery problem.
I have expected some solution through this complains.
