this is abhinav katoch my father is carrying a sim from chandigarh to saudi arabia, mobile no9888026599 but his outgoing calls are restricted for dont know what reason. If i try to call customer care from my no.9988245331, then i could not even connect to customer care. Both the sims are registered on my father's name mr. RAJINDER CHAND KATOCH.

I want a solution to this as soon as possible.
