Charging Late Fees, Int. etc without bill

Sir,

My Credit Card No. 4129 0348 3004 2914.

Their Bill dated 19.3.2008 has not been received by me. All my bills up to Bill dated 19.2.2008 have been paid. From their bill dated 19.4.2008 onwards they have been sending bills with Late Charges, Interest, Service Tax etc. In spite of my repeated request to send me their Bill dated 19.3. they are not sending me the said bill and sending me bills with all the charges.

I have clearly informed them that i am not going to pay all these charges since i have not received the bill i have asked for. In fact in their letter dated 1.7. they have promised to send me the said bill in a weeks time but till date i have not received the said bill but in spite of my repeated remnders they are sending bills with all the late payment charges and not the bill i am asking for.

I can provide copies of all bills and the correspondance to you. I request you to kindly give me the address where i can send the related papers.

Even now also, i have received bill dated 19.8.2008 wherein they have reversed charges levied by them in May 08 to Aug 08 but even after that their bill is for Rs.3235.25 which i can not pay unless i receive bill dated 19.3.2008 which they are not sending in spite of my reminders.
