Status of mobile repairing

Dear Sir,

I have submited my mobile phone for servicing on 20/06/09 . My Mobile serial no is A10000000A95134 and my work order no is WA99000924099 . I have not got any reply from your side. Iam waiting for your call to collect my phone. Since no reply from your side from last 6 days iam not able to understand whether i should go for collect it or not.

Kindly let me know the status my mobile service. Since i have the only one phone iam not able to communicate so kindly do it earliest.
