I experienced several problems with this PC, I contacted customer service and this person in India said she would have to take over my PC to correct and recover my PC. I was impressed at the way she took care of this problem. She also informed me that my warrenty would soon run out. She told me if I purchased a one year extended warrenty my Pc would be covered for another year.

A few months ago I tried to use The DVDRDW driver, That I had not used before it would not work, I called customer support and they told me that the driver was not covered, I paid one hundred dallors for an extended warrenty that they now tell me was for support only.

I believe I went through several Indians who spoke very little English and after getting very upset asked to speak to someone that spoke English, This supervisor told me she would sell me a unit for eighty dallors and would need my old unit in exchange, I asked is this a new unit she said no it would be a reconditioned unit, I said no thank you, I purchased a new PC not A reconditioned unit. I then asked to speak to supervisor, This person listened to my story and said she would see what she could do, Well she did nothing.

I went to my local Best products outlet and purchased A new DVDRW unit for fiftyfive dallors, oh ya it also cost me a half a tank of gas, Installed it and can now use this part of my PC.

The end resalt of this problem is you have lot another customer and when ever possible I will share this with anyone who questions me about HP.
