MCAPL (An authorized study center of IBM)
Didn't get my certificate

Hello sir

In 2009 i had joined a summer short term program

.it was running by IBM in its various Authorized study center one of them is MCAPL (SALTE LAKE CITY, SECTOR 5, GOVIND BHAWAN 2nd FLOOR, NEAR SWISS GATE, 09874798794). After completion of course (Core JAVA) i gave exam. When i called at this time when i need my certificate then they don't have my certificate and they are saying that you had not signed on attendance sheet so you need to give exam again. Actually i had not gotten the attendance sheet during the exam period. After giving exam i had visited there 5 times but anyone didn't tell anything regarding this.

so sir plz try to solve my problem.
