I have a mediclaim policy in the name of my daoughter. while contacting to the TPA - MEDI ASSIST INDIA TPA PVT LTD, RAVIPURAM, ERNAKULAM, COCHIN, KERALA., for details they are miss behaving USING vulgur language. When ever we contacts them for details they will nerver took the phone up, it will continuesly ringing and get disconected, but at the very next moment if we are trying to the same number, it will be constanly engaged for minuts. We all staffs were taken this family medi clame policy from our office, and it is not a single case, we all had to face the same problem. It is not fare to treet to a customer in such a way. Pls make necessary action.
