Renewal charges debited w/o approval

I had taken mediclaim policy from this co on 15/08 till 14/08/09 it was valid suddenly co hiked premium more than 2.5times Sent mail not to renew.renew date was 14/08/09 but co has taken Rs.27, 172.00 on 02/09/09 complained to the co to cancle the policy and to give credit in my card a/c

co told it will take some time hence requesting to kindly put this payment in dispute
