My Brother and Mother Missed train due to Meru Ca

I booked a cab on 26th May 09 for the date 27th from K S Layout Bangalore to Majestic Railway Station, On 26th Meru Executives said and send SMS that before 30 minutes I will receive SMS about CAB confirmation, on 27th morning at 7:00 AM I received SMS about confirmation of my CAB and also I received SMS stating cab No and Mobile# of Driver but driver was not picking calls, hence again called back to Meru cab and they said that they are going to arrange another cab in 10 to 20 minutes

I booked for 27th May 09 at 7:45am and upto 8:30 there was no responce from Meru cab (City Taxi) due to which I missed my train and lost for 5000Rs. They have miss guided that they will arrange cab but they could not, pls help me to recover my money
