Non receiving of Refund

Hi, I am Shishir Chaturvedi, i have applied in mhada lottery 2011 scheme in the name of my wife Rajshree Chaturvedi.

As per the terms deposit money should have been returned to me in case i was not successful applicant within 7 Days but i have not received my 50, 000/- so far.

Can anybody please help me that from where i can check my refund status.
