Not delivered my product

I had order an home theater system of miami 2.1 channel 1200 watt speaker before a week. my order number: 5018567 is registered with rediff and the payment was rs.400 by cheque of idbi bank and was collected by a spykar sale man on 19, nov. But the cheque was not submitted to rediff till date and i had not received my miami product.
