Microwave Oven
No service man came for demo

Sir/madam,

I purchases Kenstar Microwave Oven, Model No. OM-25 DCE. Serial No. K9B002867 on 22nd March.

I live in Vashi. I purchased this product at KOHINOOR in Vashi. I thought that we will cook food on auspicious day of Gudhi Padwa. But since 22nd March no service engg came for a demo. We called the concerned engg several times. Every time he promised to come within 2/3 hours but never came. If such attitude is shown towards a new purchaser, i very much doubt about their efficiency in attending the service call. Now we are repenting our decision to purchase the product from Ken star. Our Microwave oven is now perched on kitchen platform as it is as a show piece.
