I booked for the sweepstakes offer for Rs.2598 on 13.12.08 but could not get it processed and I ignored it. But on 18.12.08 somebody called from No.911204740400 informing my that my order was booked. he also informed me that the airfar is for only one person while the boarding and lodging are for couple. As I am aged 73 and cannot travel alone nor I can afford to pay for the airefare of my wife, I requested him to cacel the order. He said the order cannot be cancelled and advised me to contact customer care at 1800 102 4242. But I could not contact either the customer care or the no, from which the phone call emanated - it is stated the Nos. are out of service! I immediatly registered a complaint at this site as also on e mail to [email protected] and I followed it up by a reminder.but there is no resonse.
I request you to cancel the order and refrain from debiting my credit card and confirm having done so by return mail. KNMurti
