Misplaced tickets

this is regarding a shatabadi a/c chair car timing morning 6.15 from kalka.sir we were coming from kalka to delhi on 8/6/09 and by chance we misplaced the tickets. my son was along with us ans was not well.we were in coach no 1 and our seat no were 40, 41 and 42 names amit kapoor, anu kapoor, kshitij kapoor. TT J P SINGH came and we told him all the situation. we had id proofs as well as PNR NO .he gave a new ticket to us and taken RS 1215 again but by rules of railway he has to charge 50% amount . sir take action against it and plz refund us the money .we have the proof.
