with ref to the above, I have already complained to your customer care regarding multiple receiving SMS-ISD at present I am in USA. I receive same messages 4 / 5 times since last two weeks.

Please note stop this with immediate effect & be noted that I WILL NOT Pay any of said SMS charges by your negligence.

please don’t charge the same in my bill.
