I had purchased a mobile FLY V90 from Hotspot Retail Limited, B-35, kALKAJI, New Delhi-110019 on 8.5.2008 under invoice no. 128100707 under the bonafide belief that the same carried with it one year warranty/guarantee. Mr. Rahul, the Sales person showed me the mobile which appeared new but with open packing but convinced me that he had just opened it to show it to a just stander by customer. As the box did not have the required software CD, Mr. Rahul gave me CD by opening another box with a SAB CHALTA HAI attitude. However, my new mobile immediately developed complaints when its screen just went off. When I contacted Mr. Rahul in the shop, he along with Mr. Amit who was also present over there started giggling mischievously commenting that I should have seen the goods before leaving counter and the mobile did not carry any warranty of any sort. He sent me to FLY Repairing Centre ACCEL FRONTLINE LIMITED, 93, NEHRU PLACE who also did not cooperate with me and refused to repair the same under rejection note dated 6.7.2008 informing me verbally the heavy estimates for repairing the above mobile. As it was a new mobile and I did not want to be cheated once more, I again contacted the Hot Spot Kalkaji but to no avail. I am very aggrieved at the said state of affairs and request you to please help and ensure that such unscruplous activities are not repeated at Hot Spot Kalkaji New Delhi.
