No reply to my request

I have twice made a request on email on 121 customer care centre for keeping my mobile No. 9872205327 as I am out of country. But no reply is received from your customer care centre whereas they have intimated that they will respond me within 72 hours.

You are requested since I am out of country for six months, please keep my mobile No. 9872205327 in safe custody for six months and not for 3 months as has been done by your dealer based at Ludhiana.
