i file request for migrtaing my prepaid connection (09953423898) to postpaid (444 plan) on afternoon of 7 december
sir i submitted all required formalities and my verification is also done but service is not activated yet. From last two days i call several times to customer care executive but they don't give any meaningful information (most of the time they told that they have some technical problem) after talking several times to your customer care executive I request to talk some senior official then they tolrate me (said that they are busy in meetings)
i want to know why you hurt the consumer this way today I feel that it was my mistake to take vodafone connection
So sir I want some written explanation regarding all about this.
