I have lost my mobile on 28-08 in Taranaka area of Secunderabad and lodged a complaint on the same day. The police were reluctant to take a single step to find the mobile or give a certificate that the mobile is lost. I am not able to converse with the police officials because they know only Telugu and i can talk only in English or Hindi. I was managed to get the certificate from the p.s. on 29-08 after some local friends help.
I was shocked that nobody knows how to deal with such type of thefts and are not ready to help the public.
