I was awarded a credit card by your bank in the year 2008 and the facilities were enjoyed by me with immediate effect. The payment for the utilized portion was paid as per the terms and conditions without any delay.

1. Recently I was being falsely debited with Rs 1999.00 (Billing Period.08.07.08 to 07.08.08) for the month of Aug-08, copy of the account summary is enclosed. Please have a look and come to us for further clarification. Over due came only for the amount debited. Otherwise, no overdue will reflect in this bill. Because as soon as receipt of the said bill, I have paid the outstanding bill.

2. Same like, next month (Sep-08) bill has wrongly charged me against a 3nights 4days at RCI Resorts charge for Rs.4500.00 I could not understand this one, and I have not committed anything like this. Copy enclosed for reference

3. and also debit the over limit charges Rs.600.00

I am not in a position to either accept or to understand this type of indirect debiting and transaction and I have no interest for your credit card. So I have decided to return the card for your consideration.

I would like to bring your kind attention that I am holding cards of almost six different banks and have never failed a single payment. So keep it in mind, and let me have a positive solution to come out from this problem.
