I had been using credit card of ABN AMRO. one day i got call from their telemarketing department for subscribing their product, i rejected it. still they send it to me. i spoke to call center and as per their guidance i sent back it to their headoffie at delhi. after that i have been receiving bill for using that product. they have been calling since then about payment . i have not used that product therefore i told them that i will not pay for it. i also told them that i have returned that product to their head office.
they have benn harrasing me since last one year. people who call me say that they are not aware that i have sent it to their head office. thats not my problem.
i request you to take strict action against the person responsibe for this.
