Non-crediting of premium paid online

Sir,

I have remitted half yearly premium of Rs.1620/- towards my policy No.390068754 on 14/6/09 but the same has not yet been credited against my policy. The amount has already deducted from my Savings account immediately after remittance and now shows transferred to LIC.
