As I was credit card holder of ABN AMRO bank for last 3 year.

In past one year, I have made some purchase and droped my cheque against the purchase made but the due to the fault of the local collection agent, my cheque was present late. So the bank started charging late fees, other taxes, etc.

I have made purchase after that and the bank regularly started to charge late fees taxes, etc. which is now approx. Rs. 8000.

I requested various times to bank for corrections and finally discontinue servies and I cut across the card and deposited to ABN AMRO Drop box but still I am regularly listening various threats, etc.

In Dec. the banks DSa at Lucknow came to me and asked that if I give Rs. 250. then he will finally close tha account. but it could not...

Today, I have listen a threat (011-45576728) from a person from Delhi saying that he is speaking on behalf of bank and trying to push me deposit the money. and also threatening that If i donot deposit, he will go to court and will file a case.

Please help me, As I have all communication, which I have made to ABN AMRO bank from making correction in my statements to closing my account... but all are humilitating.
