Harrasment regarding a loan that was never given

The abn amro credit card has been constantly harrasing me regarding a loan that was never given to me neither i have ever got a loan against my credit card. I had never ever used my abn amro credit card still they insist that i have taken the laon. Its a shit kind of company who harresses people like this.
