I beg to draw your kind attention that I kazi pervez mumtaz A airtel prepaid bonafied customer,

no. is 9635914914.I recherged 498 by 20/09 at 11:45 am. after recherge I phoned 12118

customer care. it was very tuf to connect there.by god i got but they did not satisfied. to day 22-09-09

i phoned 12118 some momita attended me when i discased my problem (every diloge is recording in your system) she told if i say more your line will be disconnected, it was very pain full for me, to you

for your customer. every thing every documents what has been running on has with me.

48 hrs. already over still now 498 recherging is not activeted.

please consider the matter otherwise I will take another way.
