I bought 1 unit of MOSERBAER USB PenDrive storage data of 4 but actual storage data is 3.96gb as is with others in Novemeber 2008 from a reatail shop in Kanpur.
Since the last 2 weeks it was working like a swiss knife, I got no trojans, malwares etc. stored whenever i loaded data from other sources. But from past 3 weeks it is working very unusual. Firstly it is not recognised by any pc (as I have perform a check using it on my freinds pc). When it shows up, either my system will slow down or hang up. So I remove it and end all process using task manager-which restores my pc working. Now i insert it into proprer usb port, and copy all data on the pen drive. Or copy it from another system. It will show the data with full details. But later whenever I try to retrieve the same data from the MoserBaer USB pen drive it shows the data but with zero size and an error "windows has slowed down the performance of the hardware to prevent damage to system".
Kindly let me know where do i get my pen drive fixed as i've been told that the company offers customer the repairing under its warranty period.
