I hold a credit card of M/s ABN Amro Freedom Credit Card. I was out of station due to which the payment was delayed however even after droping the cheque of the minimum due amount I am receiving calls from them using abused language & threats that the payment made by me will be accounted in next month and I have to pay the amount in cash.
Inspite of telling them that the cheque has been dropped for minimum due and as soon as I receive the next statement I shall pay the next due amount immediately they used a very bad language and threats that I have to pay in cash and also asking me to go to any ATM and withdraw the money required etc. etc. as there is some female calling up from 91- 22- 32710956 using very very bad language I called up their customer care 1800112224 and have launched a complaint also the complaint receipt no is 8093001005. Kindly suggest what has to be done in this case. I am paying my dues as per their clauses incase the payment is done late I have been accepting their late charges too.
