Sub: usability of your voice mail service
Dear Sir/madam,
I had activated the Voice mail feature that you have started providing recently with idea. Within 10 days its already become an example of another unusable service that the service operator provides along with other many such totally useless features. I am sure you have got a lot of uncomplimented emails regarding the same, but the company doesn’t seem to care reguarding any of such complaints of the service. The voice mail features that other operators provide are much more useful as they intent the call to go to voicemail after at least 15 seconds or at the end of the dialing time-out. Never the less your voice mail has managed to start operating at a robotic pace of 3-5 seconds, in which the customer does not even get time to pick up the call and its instantly diverted to voice mail. In such case I have already asked the customer care to take off my voice mail feature because it is utterly pathetic and does not provide any help of any sort. In the same way that your voicemail menu is slow, time consuming and a waste of money.
I am happy to inform you that by adopting such policies your company is slowly and surely looking to lose a lot of customers, from my end as well as from people whom I know. Keep up the good work as it soon will be truly a complete waste.
