CONSUMER NO ERROR

I already receive my first bill on my name but when i am going through MSED WEB site for paid my bill online but my consumer no. doesnot exist, my details are not found. I am residing at manjari (bk) ravi garden row house no.130 SNO 81/2, PUNE-412307.this the first bill please help me because my home is new construction and builder was taken 50, 000 Rs. for MSEB charges not giving bill of that concern authority.
