Poor Service and result from last 8 years to my Baleno

I am N.G. Pillai living in B-4/3078 Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and my Hand Phone No. is 9810060286. I used to purchase the car from M/s. Competent Automobile, New Delhi and my first car in 1995 I have purchased a Maruti 800 in my name the registration No. DL 9C 2547. The result was ok and no more complaint on it and the clutch first change was done from M/s. Competent Automobile, Mehrauli after 85000Km run the vehicle. In the year 2000 I have purchased a Baleno (Perl Silver) car in the month of January (upon launching the car) and that car also with me till now with registration No. DL7SN0030. In 2003 I have purchased another Zen VX model in the name of Mrs. Lakshmi Pillai (my wife - prop. of M/s. DATA Group) and the registration no. is DL5CL0030 (all satisfactory) and in 2005 I was going for a Vitara, just drop the idea because the dull performance given by the Baleno (below explained) and brought a Honda CRV registration no. DL5CJ0030 (running quite well). The entire faith on Maruti has lost because the problem and harrasment faced by me. In my Baleno the clutch plate has gone repaided and changed 7 (seven) times within 1, 31, 000 Km. The first time itself it has got some problem and they involved Maruti Udyog Ltd to take care, I do not know very recently within one and half hyear time I have changed the clutch plate, preassure plate etc. etc. three (03) times and all the history is available in M/s Competent Automobile (your can call upon and see) and every time they say the plates are burned because of the driving status and from anyother end there of technical or their people must have done mischieves at the time of Clutch repair or so so so... But I have every time made a complaint that there is a problem in the clutch side please make some summery and go for a study as it is always happening but nobody care. This time I made it clear to pay the money under protest and go for Consumer area to know whether any mean the clutch can go 7 time within 8 years and we have got 3 more other cars which does not have any complaint. This complaint is for Baleno
