Sir ihave purchase a teak wood sofa & adining sets with 6 chair IN (Rs 1100/- 10000/-) 21, 000/- from m/s stile furniture, near ram mandir, ratlam (mp), i give him Rs 13, 000/- in cash and take recd. of ammount, i found that fram of sofa was loose, cussion was bad quality, was not 50 density as asked by seller, i complain him, he did not send some days any carpenter, but he send a ordinary carpenter who broken it, i told him to send dining set and refund rs -and take it or refund full money but he did not agreed in this situation my second item dining set not supply by him and he not refund my any money, how i can do please advise me
