Asking for bill without providing good services

I have the connection with name "yogesh gupta"', telephone no.01125371671.i YOGESH GUPTA facing alot of problem with mtnl broadband services.in this regard i have complaint on 1504 many times.each time ihave got new complaint no.some of them r as follows.
