Non availability of Medicines in Corporation dispensary

I have been taking treatment for Diabetics in MCD dispensary namely, Bhao Rao Deoras Ayurvedic Diabetic centre, Rajouri garden, New delhi-110027.

The treatment i got was excellant but the medicines are not available. A medicine called PANCHNIMB churan is not available for the past 3 months.

If the medicines are not available in the Dispensary what for the dispensary is there. Also RTI register / record is not available with the dispensary.

Please look into the matter.
