I had booked one air ticket for my family members on 4th Nov.08 vide booking reference no. Z4DLCB.
Due to personal reasons, I had requested Indigo to cancel the ticket and refund the money.
Yesterday, while contacting at your customer care number - 1 800 180 38 38, I got to know that the refund has already been made on 4th Dec.08.
Kindly note that this refund has neither been credited to my credit card statement nor a refund cheque was received at my address.
Please do the needful on "Top Priority" and revert back to me.
