Refund of e-ticket

Sir,

I would like to mention that I had filed a TDR for the refund of PNR No. 2455733203 dt. 28.12.2008 (Delhi to Trivandrum Rajdhani). In spite of repeated correspondences, till date there is no refund in my credit card account. The irctc personnel are keep saying that your case is under process & very soon you will be getting the payment with in 30 days time. It is surprising to know that more than 7 months have elapses but there is no progress in this regard. May I request you kindly see the case & do the needful urgently.
