Book not received even after full payment

Sir,

I had ordered a book (paperback edition) from nbcindia.com portal on 9th September. The payment was made by cheque. The amount was credited to Gaura books Ltt. Delhi. I am seeing he status on their website "payment received but not dispatch" for almost last 2 months. I could not speak to them and the two customer service numbers given are all fake. No body picks up the phone. I have sent many emails to [email protected] but more than the Thank You automated mail I did not receive any response. I trusted this online store and placed the order. But this company just takes the money and keeps quiet. Do not know when will I get the book.
