Neelkamal Enterprises
Reg:2nd -3rd AC Coach

Dear Sir,

I travel regularly with my wife and son in 2nd AC and if berth is not available in 3rd AC. Recently I traveled

from Kacheguda to Nagpur in 2nd AC Coach on 12th March in Sampark Kranti Express departure from Kacheguda 8.25 am arrival Nagpur 17.10, again from Nagpur to Bhopal on 14th March in Sampark Kranti Express departurein Nagpur 02.20 arrival at Bhopal 08.15, Train no.2707, PNR No.114-0529921.

1.The Coach Attendant did not supplied face towel, after demanding complaint book, it was not provided by him or by TC.During journey time Coach Attendant was not available, either he was sleeping in some other AC coach or went to pantry car during journey.

2.I saw hawkers in 2nd AC, after complaint Attendant said they are for our facility as such they were allowed.

3.2nd AC OR 3RD AC COACH the in between shutters must be kept closed during 10.30pm in the night till next day 06.30am for the safety of passengers, but the shutters are always kept open, just for the facility of TC & Coach Attendant. Kindly note during night if someone wants to enter AC Coach he can do so just by cutting rubber provided between two coaches, and he can do what ever he desire with the passengers.

4.A.C. is always kept on AUTO mode by the technician, for his own convenience, he should keep the switch on MANUAL mode and he should check in regular interval regarding satisfactory working of AC.

5.SERIOUS PROBLEM TO NOTE:- Normally I saw that Coach Attendant accept parcels from originating stations to deliver them to some unknown person at arrival station, after taking money for the service. But these days looking towards terrorism it is just possible that some terrorist may give parcel with any unknown address on it and that parcel may contain time bomb, which will explode after departure causing heavy casualty. Please do surprise checks specially the space provided to the Attendant to keep linen, etc. also to enquire and give strict instructions not to accept such parcels.

Please do reply the above complaints and also see to it that these are dealt in proper manner for safety of passengers.

Regards

Rajkumar Khetawat
