I have bought your Aqua Guard Product (NF Membrane - Container Model) Water Purifier during May. The machine is under AMC from April. The water purifier started giving trouble from March. At the time of AMC, your people replaced the candles. Thereafter, some rotten smell was coming from the water. Then we gave complaint during July and we were given a Registration number (80478429). And we are contacting your people every day over phone. But to our dismay, no body responded till date. Alas, now the machine is not working completely. No water is coming. Then we went to your office on 15/09 directly and gave a written complain and got acknowledgement. Your people are not attending the complaint and the machine is not working. So, we have suffered mentally. And we are buying drinking water from out side. You are requested to get the machine repaired / or replace the machine immediately. If we don't get response from your side within a week's time, We have no other option but to approach appropriate forum like Consumer court etc. please treat this as most URGENT.
