Non receipt of refund

I had applied for IPO of NHPC and paid Rs 6300/ vide chq no 784614 dt 8/8/09 along with application no 7707413 but till date i have not recd shares or refund credited to my a/c no 003410000171320.

Kindly look in the matter and arrange to get me credit of the same
