NHPC IPO
Non receipt of refund

I applied for IPO and the cheque for 25200/- was debited from my Kotak Mohindra account in the month of august. Till to day nither I have received any allotment nor received the refund. Even I sent the details to NHPC faridabad but all in vain. May I know how to get the refund.
