Non receipt of Refund

I have applied through my broker Sharekhan for 525 shares of NHPC @ Rs.36 per share vide Application No.1204973, company alloted 175 shares only but balance amount of refund Rs.12600/- still i have not received.

Please help me for received the refund amount.
