Machine is not Providing Clean Wate

Dear Sir:

It sounds very bad, from this Machine we are unable to get CLEAN water, actually I had purchased this Machine before 3-4 months back (Rs.1-) and also I have requested to concern person to change this machine, but in reply we got negative response only. So, Now I am FED UP.

At any cost I want to return this machine As Soon As Possible. So, that I could purchase some other Machine.

Collection Manager/Executive is also trying to force me regarding Payment in very bad way.
