Espected sir,

yesterday (16/04/09) i visted the nokia for repair my handset i.e nokia 1650 . nokia 1650 have problem of hanged during work and not given a proper battery backup . for solve the above problem i went to nokia customer care. after checking, executive replied that received after one and half hour . but i replied i received tomarrow and executive replied no problem with us u may received tomarrow . on next day means (17/04/09) executive said we will give u tomarrow (18/04/09), but i replied sorry i have a urgent need of this handset so please return me and executive said it took one hour, against that i replied please return me and executive said wait for 5 mins. i said ok, they picked out the handset from locker and attached with computer and after that return me . i found handset is not working . i ask to executive that handset is not working .and excutive replied we returned u in same condition as u subbmitted us . after that i demanded the job sheet and handset and leave the customer care . mr. sandeep chopra run behind me hold my arm in very rough way due to that i have a problem in my back because i m already suffered from fever .mr. sandeep chopra caught the handset from my hand and use rude (also abuse words) language in front of people . he also spoke rude words like go away from here . by above behaviour i felt insult and leave that place . so please take a legal action against him . i hope u will take postive action against him as soon as possible. please reply the time peroid that takes for action.
