Respected Sir,
I bought my my Nokai mobile set NOKIA 3600 SLIDE from NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) dated on 8 Nov. In august in warranty perioa my mobile battery back up is became very low. So I went NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Opposite Moinia Islamia govt Sr. Sec school, Station Road, Ajmer (Raj) where I bought my mobile. He adviced me to take it NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER (RAJ). I went NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & told about him my mobile battery back up problem. Then he checked my mobile & told me to save my mobile data for format it. After 2-3 days I went back NOKIA CARE CENTRE, AMAR PLAZA, AJMER & handed over it in running condition. He told me to come back in 2-3 days for pick up my mobile. He told me that your mobile is not charging because its charging parts has been damaged, so you pay about 700 to 800 ruppees.
My actual problem is that when I handed over my mobile set in running condition then how can be possible that its charging parts has been damaged.
So I request you to solve my problem, otherwise I had to forced to consumer court for claim.
